JULY & AUGUST
CHF 40,000 month/12,500 week (one week minimum)
All Other Times of Year
CHF 10,000 week (one week minimum)
Additional costs chargeable to the tenant:
VAT (3.6% according to law, plus 7.6% advance payment against additional costs), electricity, telephone, laundry and housekeeping/final cleaning, plus any costs related to damages, repairs or replacements.

- Maximum 8 people.
- Sorry, no pets - no matter how well behaved or non-shedding. Thank you for your understanding.
- No smoking inside the chalet.
- Sub-leasing is prohibited.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Should the tenant for any reason whatsoever wish to withdraw from the tenancy agreement, full rent must be paid as agreed by contract unless another tenancy agreement is approved for the period in question. The same conditions apply if the full time of tenancy is not observed.
